By accessing and using this website (the “Site”), operated by Artzman Living Spaces (“we,” “us,” “the Company”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors and clients.

Project Scope and Agreements

All carpentry and interior projects begin with an initial consultation to define scope, materials, timelines, and budget. A detailed proposal will outline deliverables, fees, and milestones.

Work begins once the service agreement is signed and the initial deposit is received. Any changes to the approved scope may affect cost and timelines.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide necessary information, measurements, access, and approvals on time. Delays in providing required details may impact timelines.

Clients are responsible for any permits or approvals related to installation or construction. We provide supporting documentation where needed, but final compliance remains the client’s responsibility.

Intellectual Property

All drawings, concepts, 3D models, and design plans remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

After full payment, you receive a license to use the designs for the specific project only. Designs may not be reused or replicated without written permission and additional licensing fees.

Payment Terms

Payment structures are outlined per project and typically include a deposit, milestone payments, and a final payment at completion.

Late payments may result in paused work and additional charges. All invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

Liability and Warranties

We operate to industry standards and take responsibility for the quality of our workmanship. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for our services.

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party contractors, incorrect client-provided measurements, or modifications made without our approval.

Project Revisions

Revisions included will be clearly stated in your project agreement. Additional revisions or major changes outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. All completed work up to the date of termination must be paid for.

All designs and materials remain the property of Artzman Living Spaces until full payment is made.
